This is likely because MUWP cannot find routes for this given swap. Not all swaps are possible, depending on the liquidity available in the pools and bridges. If you are having trouble finding a route, try using a different token or a different amount.

More fees are being charged than I expected.

MUWP charges more fees to cover gas fluctuations and to ensure that your transaction goes through. Fees unused are refunded to you after the transaction is completed.

I received different tokens than I expected.

Sometimes, the slippage on the destination chain can cause you to receive a different amount of tokens than you expected. Therefore, we send you the tokens that could not be swapped back to your wallet. They are generally stablecoins, so you will not lose value.
